1. Supervisor Retail Engagement – Bandung
We are looking for a Supervisor Retail Engagement who will be based in West Java (Jawa Barat).
Your ‘day to day’
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
- Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
- Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 3 years work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy
- Having a driving license (SIM) type A

2. Accelerated Lifecycle Testing (ALT) Team Lead – Karawang
We are looking for Accelerated Lifecycle Testing (ALT) Team Lead based in Karawang.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Main responsibility:
- Supervise, coordinate and organize the work process and activities for Accelerated Lifecycle Testing team within established procedures in order to continuously provide analysis and testing in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that all testing activities are performed with calibrated instrument and validated methods and in Compliance with the Quality System and regulations for RRP (Risk Reduced Products).
- Ensure deployment of new technologies in collaboration with the ALT Engineer.
- Prepare planning of lab activities based on incoming studies communicated from the ALT Engineer
- Report on regular basis progress on the testing activities to the Manager ALT and the ALT Engineer
- Manage stocks of consumables, spare parts and maintenance pieces in order to avoid any business discontinuity.
- Lead and or support initiatives and cross-functional projects related to the Quality of products and systems in order to continuously support the innovation and the performance of the PQA department.
- Prepare budget for the laboratory, place Purchase Orders, keep track of ongoing spending and report financial status on regular basis.
Organize sourcing of sticks either from local production (LOGD or production request) or import from another country with the support of the ALT Technical Leaders.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical production Supervision, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or similar discipline preferred
- At least 3-5 years Laboratory experience and/or experience in product development
- Fluent in written and in speaking in English
- Self organizing, able to priorities workload and manage a variety of projects
- Keenly driven with a mindset for continuous improvement, analytically minded, good problem solver, able to deduce conclusions/propose solutions from a variety of data inputs
- Experience in use of purchase orders and procurement procedure
